Publication - Introducing CARATE: Finally Speaking Chemistry

The package was made for a publication. While the package is developed the publication is 
in preprint stage

It is worthwhile noting that several attempts have been made to censor the research around the publication. Including several 
cyber attacks on my former university and my private infrastructure. 

The work is entirely self-funded with money I earned through side-hustling in food delivery (quick commerced).
